December 24th 11am-2pm.
Recipes
Simple, flexible meals using common items from the food bank. Swap ingredients based on what you have.
Potato Meals
Mashed Bowl
Boil & mash potatoes, top with canned chicken & green onions
Oven Fries
Wash, cut and bake at 425 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with garlic salt + pepper.
Chili Baked
Bake at 400 for 1 hour. Top with chili or any other canned vegetables.
Hash Browns
Wash, shred and season the potatoes. Fry in oil 7 minutes and flip. Cook for 7 more.
Pasta Meals
Tuna Pasta
Mix cooked pasta, tuna, a little mayo or oil, salt & pepper
Tomato Sauce
Add canned veggies + butter or sauce

Cold Pasta Salad
Pasta + veggies + dressing or oil

Chicken Veggie
Add canned chicken & veggies + butter + seasoning
